Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator, responsible for creating, monitoring, and supporting a large variety of crucial sales operations processes such as initiation of sales proposals and daily communication with our partners and customers, in close cooperation with our Head of Sales.

We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Assistant for our Headquarters in Marousi, Attica.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily agenda and sales tasks, in close cooperation with the Head of Sales
• Analyzing the customers’ needs, and preparing the relevant quotations.
• Maintaining strong communication channels with clients.
• Communicating on a daily basis with company’s partners for customer orders
• Coordinating well with other departments of the company.
• Supporting and communicating daily with the Sales Department.
• Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in BA or similar
• Fluent Greek and English both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in the ERP Softone will be considered an asset

Skills

• Excellent command of English in speaking and writing, other languages will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a “customer-oriented” mind.
• 3-4 years experience in sales/customer service position, experience in the maritime industry is not a must, to be considered as a plus.
