Role Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Marousi. This is a full-time, on-site, customer-facing role responsible for coordinating and executing all logistics operations, from order management and warehouse coordination to shipment planning and customer support.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods and manage export-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate registration in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for order picking, packaging, and shipping
Plan and monitor daily shipment schedules
Ensure issuance of all necessary shipping and export documents
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers on logistics matters
Monitor warehouse inventory, movement, and quality of goods
Organize and support periodic inventory counts
Study and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SoftOne)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
Experience in export logistics and documentation
Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
Basic understanding of IT and networking concepts (a plus)
