Sales Executive

Marpoint – a leading System Integrator and Satellite communication company operating in the global the Maritime Industry – is searching for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at MarPoint Ltd in Marousi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, demonstrating product features, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand and present technical information to potential clients.

 

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge about the company’s products and services along with solutions from core suppliers.
  • Manage a large volume of client interactions through our CRM system.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with perspective customers
  • Organize customer meetings and presentations
  • Work closely with customers, helping them to specify their requirements, commercial-wise and understand the benefits of the company’s proposals.
  • Prepare offers and conduct follow-ups in coordination with the Head of Sales
  • Liaise with Sales and Logistics department for smooth arrangements upon a customer sales agreement.
  • Liaise with customers to obtain feedback on product performance and organize any necessary modifications.
  • Prepare and maintain customer agreements
  • Participate in the company’s exhibitions, events and social activities
  • Report to the Company’s Head of Sales

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of maritime industry trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or relevant field
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Previous experience in the ERP Softone will be considered an asset
  • Extroversive personality
  • Knowledge of Satellite Communication/Networks and Information Technology will be considered as an asset.
