Junior Project Manager

Role overview:

• Collaborate with the Project Management team in the planning,  execution, monitoring, and completion phase of a project.

• Assist in communication with customers, negotiation, and problem-solving management.

• Colleagues inspiration, motivation, and guidance towards a common goal.

• Tasks prioritization and project planning/scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Discuss/clarify project details with customers.
• Document information gathered.
• Guide corresponding departments.
• A-Z Project coordination, monitoring. Monitor and coordinate the whole process.
• Plan the order/project implementation.
• Negotiate and cooperate with customer.
• Ensure smooth delivery on time / assess risks.
• Risk assessment / ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Identify and overcome the mitigating circumstances within the project.
• Find solutions to possible obstacles.
• Document the outcome/results/feedback.
• Manage possible mishandling / problem-solving management.
• Guide customer to next steps / Customer success management.
